Natasha Fernandes is a Business Consultant at the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre, managing the TD Entrepreneurship Inclusion Initiative- student engagement. Focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), she supports impactful projects like the FoundHER series and the Indigenous Flint Business Hub with Yorke University and the University of Waterloo. With experience across various roles and projects, Natasha excels in pitch and presentation coaching, business idea evaluation, and event coordination. She has also been invited as a speaker and/or mentor by organizations such as the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC), the Women in Business Association (WIBA), the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS), the Black Business Initiative (BBI), YSpace Ella, Flint Business Hub, University of Waterloo, Black Women in Excellence (BWIE), Skills Canada, amongst many others. Passionate about inclusivity and entrepreneurship, she is dedicated to supporting students and fostering innovation.
